Converting a client's Goldwell formula into Wella? The Shade Library matches shades by verified depth and ordered reflects, not by the number printed on the tube. Here's how the two ranges line up.
Goldwell and Wella levels line up, but their reflect structures don't always. Only 63 of 180 Goldwell shades have a Wella shade with the same depth and the same reflects in the same order. For the other 117, the nearest Wella shade changes the result, and knowing that before you mix saves a correction.
