Converting a client's Goldwell formula into Matrix? The Shade Library matches shades by verified depth and ordered reflects, not by the number printed on the tube. Here's how the two ranges line up.
Brands don't calibrate their levels the same way. For 71 of the Goldwell shades that have a Matrix match, the matching Matrix shade carries a different level on the tube. A chart that swaps like-for-like numbers would send you to the wrong depth for every one of them.
