Converting a client's muk formula into Davines? The Shade Library matches shades by verified depth and ordered reflects, not by the number printed on the tube. Here's how the two ranges line up.
muk and Davines levels line up, but their reflect structures don't always. Only 41 of 91 muk shades have a Davines shade with the same depth and the same reflects in the same order. For the other 50, the nearest Davines shade changes the result, and knowing that before you mix saves a correction.
The straightforward ones: standard natural shades where both brands print the same level. Any chart gets these right.
