Schwarzkopf and muk levels line up, but their reflect structures don't always. Only 31 of 214 Schwarzkopf shades have a muk shade with the same depth and the same reflects in the same order. For the other 183, the nearest muk shade changes the result, and knowing that before you mix saves a correction.
The straightforward ones: standard natural shades where both brands print the same level. Any chart gets these right.
